The room guest needs to enter his room number and Reg.ID in the login page and access Free internet still his stay at the hotel. While the walk-in guest needs to click the link provided especially for them, enter their serial and pin number collected at the hotel reception, select the hourly package and get started with internet access. The hotel gets a complete user data.
EzComm has also developed customized Wi-Fi login page for Peppermint with background picture of the hotel and giving short description of the hotel and its amenities.
EZCOMM has conducted comprehensive training and support for hotel personnel and staff on the completion of the installation solution to enable them to actively operate the system and meet the guest needs. |
